We require a minimum of 48 hours notice before your check-in date for cancellations.
Example: If the check-in date of your reservation is July 4th, you need to tell us before Jul 2nd to qualify for free cancellations.

Notice of a cancellation after this 48 hour deadline will be charged as follows: within 2 days of your check-in date will result in a one night charge to your credit card and if the cancellation happens on the day of check-in, we will charge you the first two nights you have reserved.
Example: If the check-in date of your reservation is July 4th, you will be charged one night if you cancel your reservation on Jul 2nd or 3rd. If you cancel on Jul 4th, two nights charge will be applied.
