May, June, September & October – Minimum 2 days of notice is required before your check-in date if you wish to cancel your booking.

Example: If your check-in date is on July 8th, you must notify us by July 6th before 1:00 P.M to qualify for free cancellation.

During the peak season of July & August – Minimum 7 days of notice is required before your check-in date if you wish to cancel your booking.

Example: If your check-in date is on July 8th, you must notify us by July 1st before 1:00 P.M to qualify for free cancellation.

Bookings are non-refundable, once you missed the deadline as per the cancellation policy.

Weather / Nature / Early Checkout Clause: No refunds for weather conditions, natural discomforts, or early departures.

No Refund After Check-in: Once a guest checks in, the reservation becomes fully non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed only to the original credit card used for payment.

Last Minute Booking Rule: Reservations made inside the cancellation window become automatically non-refundable.
